Apply KWSP Withdrawal

The withdrawal scheme allows EPF members to withdraw from their account II of the EPF Fund to pay Tour Guide License Course fees for their children or for themselves.

Steps to apply for EPF (KWSP) withdrawal:

Step 1: Pay the lowest registration fee of RM100 at the checkout page.

Step 2: Submit your IC (front & back) and SPM certificate or relevant documents through the provided link.

Step 3: Collect EPF (KWSP) documents.

  • You can collect the EPF (KWSP) documents from either the Airasia Academy Office (located at KL Sentral) or
  • from the Airasia Ride Sdn Bhd Office (only applicable for AirAsia Drivers) or
  • contact CELINE ONG, the admission officer, to arrange for courier service for the documents.

Step 4: EPF account holder submission:

  • The EPF account holder must visit any EPF branch in person to submit the documents at the counter.
  • Make sure to bring along the original IC and original SPM certificate for verification purposes.

Step 5: Submit EPF (KWSP) approval slip:

  • After receiving the EPF (KWSP) approval slip from the counter at the EPF branch, please proceed to submit it to the provided email address. This step is necessary to arrange for your enrollment in the nearest available course intake.
  1. What is relevant documents?

    Relevant documents are Secondary School Leaving Certificate or PMR/SRP and

    1. Higher Education Diploma/Degree recognized by MQA (Please email or whatapps a copy of your documents if you are unsure about it.) or
    2. Employment Offer letter / Employment Verification letter or documents to proof that you work in Travel Agencies / Tour Bus Agencies / Hotel or Tourism related industry for 5 years minimum.
