Annette is a HRD accredited trainer with specialisation in Soft Skills training and has 25 years of aviation and customer experience background. Annette is also a CAAM certified CRM (Crew Resource Management) trainer for regulatory training and has a vast experience conducting training for Cabin and Flight Crews. She believes nothing is impossible with the right mindset and everyone is accredited with their own unique and diversified personality.

Annette is an expert in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence training. She has experience in leading teams and achieving outstanding results. Additionally, Annette has a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, which she leverages to help individuals develop positive and lasting relationships with others.
