What to Expect

Digitalization has changed the playing field for brands. The increased availability of information online, lower search costs, and growing trust in reviews has impacted many incumbent brands. In such cases, better-informed customers don’t need to rely on brands as much as signals of quality. For challenger brands, the digital age has led to increases in value through more personalization, and empowering the pursuit of a greater purpose.

In this course, we will address both of the risks and opportunities of digitization when it comes to brand value. We will provide tools to help your organization promote the value of your brands and increase the power to impact positive change. For brands to thrive in a digital age, marketing and branding must be a core part of the corporate agenda. Instead of viewing marketing as a service or cost center, it is imperative for firms to view marketing as a strategic and innovative function.

By attending this course, current and future CMOs and marketing specialists will be armed with the knowledge and experience to make marketing and branding a key topic on the corporate agenda and drive brand transformation.
